A few careful checks before checkout help us make your gift exactly as intended.

Review every detail

• Check names, dates, punctuation, capitalization, and selected options.
• Use high-resolution, well-lit images when a photo is required.
• Keep important faces and text away from image edges.
• Confirm the delivery address before placing the order.

Previews and product images

On-screen previews are guides. Screen color, product shape, material texture, printing, engraving, and hand placement can create small differences in color, scale, or position. These normal production variations are not defects.

Customer-submitted content

You must have the right to use any text, image, name, logo, or artwork you submit. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, infringing, or private content without permission. We may decline or cancel content we reasonably believe violates these requirements.

Changes after ordering

Contact support immediately. We can only make changes before production begins, and requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
