Order Changes & Cancellations
Personalized orders can move into production quickly. Contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
Requesting a change
Email [email protected] with your order number and the exact change requested. We will confirm whether production has started. A request is not complete until our team confirms it in writing.
Cancellation eligibility
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once a personalized item enters production, material and labor costs have already been committed and cancellation is no longer available.
Shipping address changes
We will try to update an address before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after the order is released for production or shipment. Additional carrier charges may apply to approved rerouting requests.
Store cancellations
We may cancel and refund an order if personalization cannot be produced, an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or submitted content violates our personalization policy.
