Shipping & Delivery
This policy explains the time between placing a personalized order and receiving it.
Production time
Products are made to order. Most orders require 3–7 business days before shipment. Complex items, high-volume periods, and holidays may require additional time.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $6.99. Qualifying US orders of $79 or more receive free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes. Available services, rates, and destination eligibility are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Carrier transit estimates begin after production and are not guarantees. Weather, address issues, customs, and carrier disruptions can cause delays outside our control.
Tracking
We email tracking when your order ships. A label may be created before the carrier’s first scan; allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
Address changes
Review the shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. Once production or fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee an address change or intercept.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. We may ask you to confirm the address, check safe delivery locations, or provide photos before opening a carrier claim.
